We crafted our Mayhem from our Minorcan Mema’s Datil Pepper Sauce, “Hot Stuff”. We polished it into a harmony between flavor and heat.
From our farm, our handpicked All Ripe Orange Datil Peppers are roasted to increase the sweet, tangy, and fruity flavor of the datil. Blend 17 ingredients forming an amazing artisan sauce. Our generations old, small batch datilicious sauce is low sodium/sugar/carb, and gluten free.
N.E. Florida locals put fresh Datil peppers and Datil sauces on almost anything that’s fit to eat. Enjoy it on scrambled eggs, chicken wings, beans and rice, greens, chili, and pizza! It also makes an amazing marinade on all meats and fish! Even add it to blue cheese dressings & BBQ sauces!
